1960's 7" Singles

The decade that saw the evolution of rock music in it's various forms. Beat music prominently performed by the British Liverpudlian groups, led to an international explosion of music cluture and influence.

Psychedelic rock grew throughout the 1960's championed by groups such as The Beatles, The Byrds and Pink Floyd.

Blues and folk rock led to the rise of the singer-songwriter, while the emergence of both progressive rock and heavy metal was to remain popular well into the following decades.
